- Change of Mind: Generally, due to hygiene and product safety standards, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind unless the item is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier first. We will assist in investigating the issue with the shipping carrier.

⚡ Shipping Costs for Returns
